Mr. John Ray is a Filipino National. A graduate of B.S. Information Technology major in Web & Mobile Development that acquired a diploma in University of St. La Salle


Typical Activities Include:


As a Web Administrator

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance the company’s website
  • Develop and practice regular maintenance of other websites for clients of the company
  • Create and update needed database using MySQL)
  • Keeping the website up to date by uploading new content
  • Enhancing the website’s SEO
  • Handles in creating and editing email accounts under variety of domains
  • Performs regular testing and scanning of websites for malware and issues
  • Fixing website’s browser compatibility
As a Graphics Designer

  • Design brochures for each course/training of the company
  • Design business cards, ID, book cover, certificates, patch, badge, plaque, roll up, stamps, letterheads, and newspaper design
  • Responsible for making the ID of every student for different memberships
  • Work on layouts for print, social media, and web design.
  • Using tools such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator

He has completed his B.E (Electronics & Communication) with first class and also got certified from CISCO & Microsoft. He is in the field of networking for the past 6 years (3 years in India & 3 years in UAE) and has played various roles as IT Support Engineer, IT Administrator & System Administrator.


Typical Activities Include:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk
  • Update network applications as required
  • Maintain daily tape backup and off-site tape storage
  • Troubleshoot and resolve all problems encountered with hardware and software. Escalate requests to the appropriate party, as needed. Replace or repair defective parts and equipment.
  • Conduct technology training for new users
  • Provide support to the Technology team
  • Conduct briefings and demonstrations for users to enhance system productivity
  • Assist in the development of training coursework and materials
  • Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise
  • Attend courses to develop and keep skills and knowledge current
  • Comply with continuing education requirements
  • Increase efficiencies, technical ability and interpersonal skills
  • Perform routine server monitoring and performance benchmarking
  • Monitor and remove virus, spyware, and other non-authorized software
  • Complete special projects as requested
